If you call outside of our store hours, just leave a message and we'll get back to you the following morning. A knowledgeable sales associate can answer any of your questions — so ask away! Our store hours are Wednesday through Saturday 11-6pm and Sunday 12-5 EST.
SHIPPING ERRORS & DAMAGES
Please call us right away at 215-238-1323 or email us at info@thecrystalcage.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Do not dispose of any packaging materials. Please provide us with all of the essential order information found on the paperwork and we will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you once the damage item is returned. If the item is not in stock, we will special order it for you. If there is urgency regarding the replacement piece, we can discuss our options over the phone.
